Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Here, we have apple pie overnight oats that use nut butter for extra protein and fat to feel fuller longer. The best part, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare the night before!
Here is what you need:
1 cup (185g) rolled oats
1 scoop Reset360 vanilla plant-protein
1 medium apple, grated
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1½ cups (350ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ground flax
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
