I am often asked: What is the ONE THING that will help regulate hormones as fast as possible? My answer is to drink a green shake every day until your hormones (estrogen, insulin, and thyroid) are back on track, which may take 30-45 days, or longer depending on severity.

Ingredients:
½ medium Shepherd or Hass avocado
½ cup watercress leaves
1- inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1- inch piece of fresh turmeric root
½ cup radish sprouts
Juice of two limes
1 cup filtered water
3–4 ice cubes
Optional:
1 tablespoon of MCT oil
Blend all ingredients in a professional-grade blender, such as a Vitamix, for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
