I start my day with warm lemon water followed by my Greens with a packet of Stevia. A great way to get extra greens I need and they taste good too :)
I have more energy, so I’m moving more, and exercising. My fasting blood sugar is improved as a result. Overall, I feel better, even my mental acuity is improved. I add some local honey and lemon, which improves flavor and odor.
I use a scoop of super greens in my shake (either chocolate or vanilla) everyday. They don’t change the taste at all and give me a multiple servings if greens. So easy especially when I don’t have fresh greens in the fridge to add to the shake. For an afternoon snack I often blend super greens with some flax milk and daily fiber for a filling, healthy pick me up. I couldn’t get by without them!
